Challenge

Brands required engaging event and exhibition experiences that translated their identity into impactful physical environments through signage, large-format graphics, and branded collateral.

SVI Golf Day — DBiz.ai

Designed event branding collateral including pull-up banner, golf hole flags, and branded merchandise for a sponsored golf networking event with 100+ attendees.

Outcome & Impact

  • Merchandise used by 50+ participants during the event 

  • Promotional signage viewed by 100+ attendees across the venue 

  • Received positive feedback from event organisers on the overall visual presentation and merchandise quality

Approach

Prepared production-ready large-format banners with clear hierarchy, balanced composition, infographics, and QR-led interaction to promote DBiz.ai services and improve visitor engagement. Created branded merchandise mockups including bottles, golf balls, caps, and umbrellas aligned with DBiz.ai brand guidelines. Designed golf hole flags using visuals inspired by teamwork and golfing while coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate print production and delivery.

Melbourne Career Expo 2024 — DBiz.ai

Designed exhibition stand graphics, signage, and promotional collateral for DBiz.ai at the Melbourne Career Expo 2024 to attract job seekers, promote company culture, and increase engagement across LinkedIn and the careers portal.

Outcome & Impact

  • Attracted 180+ visitors to the stand across the 3-day expo.

  • Increased LinkedIn engagement with 300+ new followers during the event period.

  • Generated 80+ job applications and career portal conversions.

Approach

Designed large-scale booth panels and signage showcasing DBiz.ai’s work culture, technologies, and employee benefits using strong typography hierarchy and QR-led interaction. Developed carnival-inspired posters and participation forms for a LinkedIn-based “Game of Skill” campaign focused on AI discussions and visitor engagement. Integrated prize visuals, clear information flow, and interactive touchpoints to improve participation and user experience throughout the expo.

CIMT Manufacturing Expo — ANCA CNC Machines

Designed illuminated large-format exhibition posters for ANCA CNC Machines to showcase machine capabilities and attract visitors within the advanced manufacturing sector.

  • Delivered visually engaging exhibition graphics aligned with ANCA brand standards 

  • Supported visitor engagement and industry enquiries within a niche manufacturing audience 

  • Produced multilingual large-format assets for an international exhibition environment 

Approach

Created detailed exhibition visuals using edited tooling imagery to communicate the precision, versatility, and industrial applications of ANCA machines. Applied photo compositing, typesetting, and structured layouts to improve readability across large-format displays. Collaborated with a native Chinese-speaking colleague to verify translated content and ensure print accuracy for the regional audience.

IMTEX Manufacturing Expo — ANCA CNC Machines

Designed exhibition booth graphics and promotional flyers for ANCA CNC Machines to showcase new machinery and promote the annual Tool of the Year (TOTY) competition.

Outcome & Impact

  • Attracted 200+ visitors to the exhibition stand 

  • Supported promotion of ANCA’s latest machine technologies and services 

  • Contributed to increased awareness and participation for the TOTY competition, with 70+ companies participating in the contest

Developed exhibition stand visuals featuring high-quality machine imagery, feature highlights, icon systems, and QR-led interaction to improve product visibility and visitor engagement. Designed promotional flyers and booth graphics for the TOTY competition using previous winning tool visuals to encourage participation and communicate competition details clearly. Maintained consistency across all touchpoints using ANCA’s global brand guidelines.
